Vibhor Pandey is the founder of The Adaptability Lab. His work combines venture building, dynamic monitoring and evaluation of innovation policies, and innovation program facilitation. He’s a senior researcher at QUT School of Management and a Design Thinking Facilitator at Innovation Central Brisbane. Over the past two decades, Vibhor has guided organisations, transforming emerging opportunities into strategic growth. Currently, he is a PhD candidate focused on Mission-Driven Innovation Policies.
Vibhor has a master’s degree in philosophy (Entrepreneurship) from the Queensland University of Technology and an MBA in Marketing from Mumbai University. He worked as a Management Consultant with a Multinational company in India, the Middle East, North Africa, and Western Australia.
