Dr. Anne Marie Halton is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Centre for Future Enterprise within QUT Business School.
Anne Marie holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior, with a specialization in Paradoxical Thinking, which was nominated for the QUT Outstanding Doctoral Thesis award. Her current research centers on the Paradoxical Enterprise – specifically on paradox mindset, and she is actively developing tools to help leaders navigate complexity and manage paradoxical tensions within their organizations. Additionally, she teaches postgraduate and MBA courses in strategic leadership and organizational behavior.
With over 25 years of experience in “Big 4” management consulting, Anne Marie has a robust background in strategic leadership and leader development. Until 2013, she led a global team at IBM Global Business Services, delivering leadership education to executives in emerging markets across Latin America, India, China, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Her strong business credentials and extensive experience in performance improvement practices complement her academic insights.
