Danielle Duell is a pioneer and dedicated advocate of purposeful leadership and purpose-led business practices. As the founder and CEO of People With Purpose – a certified B Corporation and verified Social Enterprise – she provides strategy consulting and leadership development services to help businesses create positive social and environmental impact alongside financial success.
With over two decades of experience as a CEO and advisor across various industries, Danielle brings a wealth of practical knowledge to her work. Danielle primarily works with Boards, Executives, and Senior Leaders. She has advised national and international companies, government entities, industry bodies, and charitable organizations across diverse sectors including but not limited to utilities, agriculture, tourism, education, technology, mining, arts, manufacturing and health.
Danielle holds an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and has further enhanced her expertise through executive education at Harvard Business School and by previously serving as an Adjunct Professor teaching "Leading People and Teams" in the University of Queensland (UQ) MBA program.
Driven by her philosophy of "for profit and for the greater good," Danielle is committed to fostering meaningful change in the business world. Danielle currently serves as an Industry Fellow of the Centre for Future Enterprise, and Chair of the Industry Advisory Group to the School of Management at QUT, seeking to bridge the gap between academic research and real-world application of purpose-led business and purposeful leadership practices.
