Associate Professor Artemis Ching-Fang Chang is an organizational psychologist dedicated to fostering inclusive leadership for sustainable capability development across all levels. She designs structures and processes that facilitate the growth of shared identity and mental models. Her research examines intricate interactions between individuals and systems over time.
In her role, Artemis teaches the HR capstone unit, where Work Integrated Learning teams collaborate with industry partners to co-create solutions that leverage human capital for value generation. She also runs incubators to nurture the next generation of entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs.
Beyond academia, Artemis contributes to the global migrant business community as part of the World Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce advisory board. She also conducts research on minority entrepreneurship, advancing her vision for inclusive leadership. Her work appears in esteemed journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, the International Journal of Business Policy, the International Journal of Project Management, and the International Journal of Human Resource Management.
